Early Bird Registration is extended until 1st October 2024 since the manuscript submission was extended.
1. Registration includes access to all technical sessions, registration kit, and a digital copy of the Proceedings.
2. Each full registration can cover one accepted paper, a paper fee of 1000 RMB will apply for each additionally accepted paper. Student registration does not cover the paper publication fee in the conference proceeding. Authors presenting more than 3 papers must pay an additional full registration for the 4th paper, 1000 RMB for the 5th, etc.
3. Registration Fee includes the conference materials, acess to all technical session, tea break and meals during the conference. Registration fee does no cover travel or lodging fees.
说明：
1. 每个全额注册（IEEE I&M会员、IEEE会员或非会员费）包括一篇论文送论文集出版费用，如同一个注册作者有第二篇论文送论文集出版，需额外缴纳1000元论文出版费。学生注册费用仅用于参会，不包括论文出版。若接收的论文只有学生参会，则学生需要全额注册才能保证论文送论文集出版。
2. 会议注册费包含：会议资料、参与各分会场报告和会场茶歇，会议期间的午餐和晚餐。会议期间住宿和交通自理。
 
☆国内作者缴费成功后，邮箱和短信会收到申请发票的链接，参会者请填写对应的抬头和税号等信息即可申请发票。发票一般会在会后5天左右开具。
