Abstract
In this article, an integrated detection method of transformer based on high-voltage oscillating wave is proposed. The system is consist of DC high voltage generator, high precision micro-ammeter, current limiting resistance, charging capacitance, wave regulating inductance and high-speed trigger switches that could obtains the oscillating wave signals to be used for evaluating the status of transform winding. At the same time, this method achieves the detection of conventional insulation test parameters such as insulation resistance, leakage current, and dielectric loss. This integrated method only requires one wiring to complete the detection of transformer insulation faults. After theoretically determining the detection scheme, this article builds a 10kV proportional test and detection platform, and verifies the feasibility of the method through testing the 10kV transformer winding. Compared to traditional detection methods, this detection method greatly reduces the number of wiring connections and detection time.
